There was an error processing your request.
Errors will occur if the following conditions exist:
- The First Name and Last Name in your myAlaska profile do not match your State of Alaska driver's license or ID card, or
- You do not have a State of Alaska driver's license or ID card, or
- You are not a registered Donor with the Life Alaska Donor Registry.
To fix these issues, log into to your myAlaska account in a new browser tab or window.
- On the MyProfile page, in the "Your Information" section, update your First Name and Last Name to exactlty match the name on your State of Alaska driver's license or ID card.
- Alternately, if you are setting up a new myAlaska account, be sure that your First Name and Last Name exactlty match the name on your State of Alaska driver's license or ID card.
- Please note that the steps above assume that you have a State of Alaska driver's license or ID card, and that you are a registered Donor with the Life Alaska Donor Registry. Without being a registered Donor you will only be able to access the Self Registration link on this site. Without this identification you will not be able access other Donor links on this site.
Once the above steps have been completed, there is one additional step before closing your myAlaska profile.

In the "Common Functions" section, click on the myAlaska Validations item,
then click on the Type, DMV, "Re-validate" link and complete the form.
— IMPORTANT — Be sure to check the box, "I accept the Consent Agreement", before clicking the Continue button. - Re-validating with the State of Alaska DMV will reconnect your updated or new myAlaska profile with your DMV record.
- Once this step has been completed, log out of your myAlaska account and return to this site.
You should now be able to access the Donor links on this site. (You may be redirected to myAlaska to log in again.)
— NOTE — Re-validating your myAlaska profile with DMV, outlined in the steps above, will often fix errors when attempting to access Donor links on this site.
